The NW LA Baptist Association Annual Men's Fish Fry is Monday September 13 at 5:30 pm at Camp Bethany. The cost is $9.00. Wayne Dubose is speaker with music by Chordsmith. Catfish meal will be catered by Johnny's Catfish. Please call 318-938-1221 for reservations.

Fall Food Roundup - Thursday, September 16. Everyday at our La Baptist Children's Home, they have to "Make Groceries" for the boys and girls God has placed in their care. The 2010 Fall Food Roundup is critical to helping them meet their basic need for children. Your contributions may include any commercially canned or processed foods, dry goods, paper products, toiletry items, cleaning supplies and money. The money given for the Roundup will be used to purchase milk, bread, eggs, meat and fresh produce needed throughout the year. The pickup date for our church is Thursday, September 16. Please have your contributions here by Wednesday, September 15.

40 Days of Prayer for National Revival and the saving of our nation will begin September 20th. Times to be announced soon.
